Hey, did anyone see the SARTECH video on channel 12 ( KW area ) on the 
Canadian Sar techs??  I got most of it on video, man, I had to hussle to find 
a tape to tape on!    It is rather good!  It talks about training, 
roles, EX's, deployment methods, and actual footage and shows the New York 
co-ordination center as they launch the largest armada of ships yet on a 
humanitarion move!  Sorry to say that most died though, 2 of 31 lived, as the 
SAR techs were in Herc's, and could only drop SCAD's for them ,a and ran out 
as they were so far apart!  and the ships were not able to make much headway 
in the storms, and the choppers couldnt make it that far with the limited 
fuel capacity!  Thats why I wanted the government to allow the new EH101 
British helicopters to be bought!  They would have saved lives!  Anyways, 
just a note on the show!
