If it was part of universal health care there wouldn't be any abuse.

I would agree if they would agree but it would take some work (and expense) to 
make it happen.

The Bloc.. to bad our universal health care didn't have a cure for that.. a 
federal party elected to serve the needs/wants/desires of one province..

I'm new to Penticton. We just moved here 5 or 6 years ago. I have never heard 
of the Warick brothers. I'll have to look them up and see what I can find out. 
When did this happen?

When I was young hockey was my favorite thing. I haven't had time in the last 
twenty or so years to follow it at all. I still try to watch the canucks if 
they get into the finals though.. :)
