No all of the other times was due to someone picking a driver that wound up
not making the race.  In other words they either wrecked during qualifying
and didn't have enough owner points or qualified so slow they were bumped.

I had already reconsidered my decision I made last night and it looks like
whats left of the hurricane may rain out tomorrows race also unless it goes
more to the east.
