Everybody is suing MS.  Since they cannot beat them in the market place they 
try to hoblle them in court.  In the long run, it will not work. I thought the 
Sun suit was settled out of court.  As for the browswer law suit, expect AOL 
to also get hit with that, as well as all the other browsers.  They all use 
the same stuff.
