After thinking it over, I think I agree with you.  An intentional
foul is an intentional foul, and that's what this was.  Galata (sp?)
did the same thing, although in a less grotesque fashion.  Nobody
called for his banishment, even though it was still an intentional
foul.  
However, for those of us who aren't boxing fans (my wife is the
boxing fan in this house, which was why we had the fight), I think
this is the worst possible scenario.  For the next 2 weeks, we're
not going to see, hear, or read anything sports-related that isn't
about Tyson.  I'm sick of it already, and the fight's not even 2
days old.
