I am a voulontary at the Johanniter Unfall-Hilfe, the Order of St. John,  
here in Bremen, northern Germany, and I am new to this echo.
I have a few questions about some of the abbreviations used in the list of  
"rules":
JJ>14. Any EMT, FF, LEO and/or scene chief who is more drunk (or more stupid)
JJ>than the patient is the real problem.
JJ>36. If there are no drunks at an MVA after midnight, keep looking, some  
JJ>one is missing.
JJ>38. Remember what MICN stands for, "May I interrupt your Call Now?".
What do FF, LEO, MVA and MICN actually stand for ?
