Can't be that much more time involved to include a choice of SLIP,
compressed SLIP or PPP? I like programs that give you a choice.

Things are moving so fast now that by the time you program something
or save up to buy a system, it's out of date! :-( Guess it's best to
just buy the hardware that runs your software of choice. If it was a
good program yesterday, it's a good program today. You're right
though-it IS a bear to keep up. It's getting so a generation of
computer hardware/software is 6 moths now-ouch! :-)
