You'll need a *program* such as Printshop, Print Magic or the like. 
And you'll have to enter the text into the program by hand. 

This is because to print the sign, you have to be running the printer 
in *graphics* mode, not text mode. Which means you need yto use a 
program that has graphics mode drivers for that printer or 
compatibles. 

You *might* manage to do it with a word processing program if it 
allows enlarging text that far.

You won't find a simple utility that'll do it. 

Your best bet may be to get someone with a Windows system to do a 
"print to file" of the sign and then have them email you the (really 
huge) file.

Once you have it, at a dos prompt you should be able to print it 
using:

copy file lpt1: /b

where "file" is the name of the file they sent you.
