May try to heat the conglomerate on an electric plate, having the concrete
part on the heat source. Heat gently, and the concrete might not shatter.
At some point the pitch will have to soften very much at the interface with
the concrete. OK, this destroys your lap of course, since afterwards you
have to take off the pitch from the glass (expose it, inclined, to the
sun?) and clean the glass gently with a solvent. I did that once, with a
8x1.5" concrete base, IIRC. Now if your concrete is very thick this
might not work without destroying the concrete too. :-(
Would say that is the last method, if nothing else works... Good luck!
