Hi James
Although I am `technically barred' from this form for another few weeks - I
have `broken ranks' to offer this advice if it is of any use .. I scoured it
from the `Net tonight. Only one relevant find which reads:
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Case 8 - Differential and Final Diagnosis
Differential Diagnosis:
Images of this lesion reveal it to be a hypervascular retroperitoneal solid
mass without evidence of invasion to
adjacent organs. Differential diagnosis includes neurogenic tumor (schwannoma
etc.), hemangioma, leiomyoma,
plasmacytoma, malignant lymphoma, Castlemans tumor, pheochromocytoma, etc.
Final Diagnosis:
Castleman s tumor (hyaline vascular type).
Microscopic section of tumor
I found it at this site:-

l.htm
