Yes, it is, for OS9/68000.  I use GCC 1.42 on my MM/1 (OSK 2.4) all the time.
A later version is also available, but with only 3M of memory, it just doesn't
quite work.  GCC 1.40 is here in LIB 12, along with some other GNU stuff.  If
you have access to the Internet, later versions can be found on
chestnut.cs.wisc.edu, or if you don't, we ought to be able to find someone to
upload the later versions here.
