Could be Gary, but perhaps they're thinking the entry of the extra 40-50
million relatives they'll be legalizing at the same time, will keep those
coffers full for an extra 20 or 30 years. That or they really just don't
give a crap about anything but themselves and figure they'll be dead long
before 2040 anyway.
