Sounds about right to me, except I'd re-order the list with 2. first. and add a 4th:
They are afraid to fix Social Security, so want a bunch more bodies paying
into the system so they can ignore it until whatever time they get tired of
working 3 days a week for a few hours a day for about 8 months a year and
retire on their separate pension system.
