Not to mention that in Marx's vision the state turns the workers into
slaves upon whose backs the elite stand.  While in an entrepreneurial
society the workers are free to go somewhere else or start their own
business, so the entrepreneur has to get the workers permission has to give
them proper incentives, and has to organize them all together so the
entrepreneur can climb on top.
