What's the point about all men are created equal line unless you are trying
to argue that the USA constitution applies to everyone in the world in all
circumstances and situations.

If it doesn't apply to the whole world in all circumstances then obviously
not everyone is equal in the sense you are trying misuse the phrase AGAIN.
