The Boston Tea party was an act of civil disobedience like civil rights
demonstrators in the 60's. It wasn't a military action and it was not
targeted to kill civilians as its principal objective. It was a protest
against excessive taxation.
Your question is rather misplaced as a result, and the specific answer
thereto is irrelevant.
