From: Gary Britt Corporate Culture?? Entrepreneurs build their own corporate culture. I've already stated its harder to build family wealth climbing a big corps corporate ladder than it is to get rich playing basketball for the NBA. Get out of the "job" mentality and get into the build a business and wealth mentality. If all a person wants in life is 40 hours and week and a salary, there is nothing wrong with that. Its a good choice for many people, but those same people shouldn't turn around and tell everybody how they are jealous of someone else who chose a different path and succeeded. They chose their own path and chose NOT to work just 40 hours a week for a salary. They took risks worked very hard for no money at first, and got a bit lucky and it paid off. Celebrate people's successes instead of bitching about how the deck is stacked against you and you can't succeed. The deck is stacked against almost everyone one way or another. Some chose to fight against the odds, and others surrender into bitterness. If you chose 40 hours a week, then be happy with your choice. If you aren't happy with you choice make a different choice. Its just that simple for all but a small minority of people. The problem is the negative thinking and pervasive belief that one can't succeed and therefore they never try to succeed.
