Several over the years.  One in just the last 2 years.  Every employee has
exactly the same opportunity to work hard, take risks, sacrifice and
succeed just like he did.  He started out as a lowest of the low peon
working for someone else who had built up their business to the point they
had workers working for them.  Through hard work and delayed gratification
he chose to take advantage of the opportunities America provides.  He went
from salesman, to crew leader, to owner of his own business with no
employees to owner of a business with a few employees, to owner of a
business with 50 to 100 employees.
