It is there in the OEM version, as far as "BL" versions don't
know. The file 
is exactly whats on Disk 1 2 and 3. Disk 3 is supplemental files, like 4Dos 
etc... the file packing.lst is was great to convert into a batch file.

Didn't use install.exe, just copied the files to the HDD.

I'll have to go look at the COA I got with the OEM version. The OEM version 
says: 

OEM Serial Number:  FFH
User Serial Number: 000000H
