I believe it has something to do with how TcP/IP handles the strings that a
download protocol tends to send out. I have had that problem in the past
with other protocols. it isn't Maximus specific.

Hasn't any one even got anything like that working with dosemu yet? it has
been quite a long time! The problem is that I don't know how to interface
maximus for Linux with Dosemu. What options do I add to my spawnbbs file
that would allow me to run a door properly on the dosemu commands.
