  I would rather see a good long platform, in any party, then
some splinter group or Independent that they are obvously are
going to freezeout of proceedings, which is so easy.

  I welcome the three partys, but I dislike it when I see another
"PC" party which confuses, yet I read nor do I receive anything
from them, which leaves me with too  mnay questions.

  I have always, voted for in the past, the Conservatives
and the Liberals and also the NDP , but I can not see myself
throwing away a vote on the others, which seem to talk a good
talk but lack how to pay or make the adjustments to carry out
their promises.

   When you mention the "Reform" and "PCs" it reminds me of an
impression I had, that the Reform were all for the WEST and the
PCs were all for the EAST ... Best thign they ever did...but then
they used to be together until...the split ..so???

    They re-merged ....and we get Smiley...the used carsalesman...

     When I saw Mr. Dion running for the Liberal party, I thought
he was in his wrong element.   Better at being a debating teacher
in the University.  He was not suited for the job.   Likeable man
but sorry ...just something in him that had me not drawing the
"X" for him.

Greens as Liberals?  Hmm that is interesting, as the only thing
I hear from them was about what I was doing wrong.   Don't drive
a car ... since being retired..I walk and drive at weekends..yet
the GREENERS are poluting more then me, and their cures would
bankrupt me, as I could not even pay nor pay all their ideas off.

NDP were supposed to be labour, as the CCF party merged with others
to form the NDP ....but then candidates I have known seem to attempt
to get themselves as candidates for the Conservatives or Liberals
first ....and then become NDPers....which is why i call them
wannabees.  Good example is Bob Rae...and I knew him in Toronto.
Still would never vote for him.

So ...Rob...there you go!   I am all out of people I'd never vote
for.   I am even more out when I like the candidate and if more
of his party get elected...the idiot I hate is going to lead the
country.

I would like to see Parliamentarians elected still, BUT also
the senate, and also the Leader of the country with a formular
something like the US College of Electoral Votes, which is
something like the Population by Representation.
 
Oh well....whats next?    Oh yeah...municipal elections.
Now that is easy ... there seems to be no partys there
but I am sure they lurk just under the surface.
