Thanks for the good debugging ideas, but the thing is that the event is
executing properly, but at completely the wrong time!  Yes, on my system,
Maximus does run under a single batch file (all nodes share the same batch
file but are run independently) which does call errorlevel 105.  The actual
event runs completly within the original CMD file that calls the BBS.

The event itself is executing properly but for some weird reason it's
running way way off-schedule and that's what I'm trying to figure out...

Thanks for the help though; anything to try to figure out what's going on here.
