As for your previous complaints about 777, the closest thing I see to it is: 
Yeah, of course, if you attack a BBS, they're going to have their allies gang
up on you.  That isn't an indication of duping or cheating.  That is an
indication of BBSes particpating in alliances, sure, sometimes these alliances
are a bit oversized, but that's a problem that it's up to the players to deal
with, not the sysops, not the LC.
