AMR is starting to lose a LOT of contracts to us in

I think that in general competition is good, and the more the better. 
The problem with any company that dominates a market is that they all 
too often adopt a take it or leave it attitude. This applies not only to 
the customers, but to the employees as well. I hope that the trend 
continues and that there are a lot of smaller companies that can serve 
as a counter poise to AMR.
