That is very true around here, too.  AMR is just TOO big, and they seem to 
have more of a "corporate" attitude, which many people don't like.  Our 
company is a not-for-profit company, and because of that, we have been able 
to maintain our highest priority as our service to the community, not how 
much money we can make.  AMR is starting to lose a LOT of contracts to us in 
this area, mostly due to the quality of care they provide to the various 
cities.
