subject: Question for Red Green F

On or about: 01-17-08 16:42, Rob Mccart did engage Mike Powell regarding,
but not limited to: Question for Red Green Fa

RM> the mid 90's his real wife's name is Morag.. unusual name..

Ah... Not Bernice, at any rate. <-;

RM> I remember it well from the Smith and Smith days.
RM> She never seemed to suit him. She was sort of quiet and down to
RM> earth and he was.. well.. what he was... B)

Tall, blonde, likely Swedish... Yup, everything he aint!

RM> She was a fairly good singer too and usually did a number on
 RM> the S&S show.

RM> She did their show lead in song, which was a bit sappy.

 RM> Bad luck.. heartache..
RM> losing and too tired to fight
RM> But if you take care of someone who loves you
RM> then everything will turn out right

RM> He usually did a song too but nothing like hers.. B)

It occurred to me, that if PBS only shows a narrow window of the years R-G
was produced, they have likely never heard his songs or poetry. You know
"The Winter Of Our Discount Tent" and all. I found those, and
Adventures With Bill - as slapstick as they can be - some of the funniest
moments.

I wonder too, how many guest spots they might have been exposed to. Like
Edgar Montross played by Graham Greene, or Gordon Pinsette playing the BS
guy. (Forget the characters name just now.) Just last week, I saw Dave and
Ian Thomas do a skit. Kinda a Smothers Brothers vibe to it. Pretty funny,
it was.

... "Bother!" said Pooh, and deleted C:\WINDOWS.
