RO ----- Original Message ----- From: "Scott Berfield" To: Sent: Thursday, May 29, 2003 9:07 PM Subject: ATM Ronchi test as a Seismograph A new thing happened to me tonight. I was looking through the Ronchi tester and the lines were jiggling back and forth in a way I had never seen before. I thought maybe I was having the shakes or maybe a truck was going by. About two minutes later, the news came on saying that there had been a 3.4 magnitude quake about 45 miles away from where I live. I knew the tester was sensitive, but I didn't know it had use as a seismograph! -sb ---------------------------------------------------- Don't worry about people stealing your ideas.
