Hummm... First off, it's rare for Monoc not to be available around our
area. Sometimes they may be delayed, but most of the time they make it
and beat us there. Second, it doesn't matter what they charge - that
doesn't stop the direction the whole process is headed - and it's
usually covered by insurance anyway. And third, if they actually took
over, I'm sure it wouldn't take them long to build up the needed
equipment - after all, a whole bunch of ambulances would be available
