Already do, when it was different before....and now on pension I don't
have the money up front.   They want me to pay, then collect off the
insurance and well I been in a passed battle with my insurance over
them giving the go ahead for my wife's surgery...then denying me
payment.    

Thats CANADA ....

   The problem is Doctors have to pay their own way through MED school
and this student's grant is a shame.   They don't get the money
they need and the payments back to the government aren't an investment
in CANADA or a Doctor being here....as they feel cheated and are
easy lured to the USA and beyond ... and the ones in other countrys
who are specialists and surgeons....doctors we need ...well they
are told everything...and when they get here...they are treated like
CRAP   ...driving cabs and washing floors.

    Europe is a great model or Health care.    Some countrys were never
socialist but still have a planned healthcare that works and I guess
thats what Tommy Thompson tried to imagine here, except for the
crazy cannucks looking for loopholes etc.

    Whatever .... we're stuck with a shortage...and thats it.

    I now pick and choose which hospital I am going to.

    Before I get angry, gentlemen at the system and the abuse
and the Canadian Government and it all .... I wish you all well
and don't get sick.     I used to say make sure you fell back
across the line into CANADA ...but I am not sure now.
