Hmm.. possibly. That didn't stick in my mind. Mulroney stuck more
in my mind as the one gutting services. And the Ontario gov't also
did a lot of health-care gutting of their own..
Healthcare is, after all, provincial. It's required and partially
funded Federally but each province has different rules and different
things they cover, which is a mistake IMHO. 'Universal' Healthcare
should be universally the same..
