The MPCUG uses rack M34Fs from memory. They may just have the old datapump with known connectivity problems, in which case the problem is at their end anyway. Perhaps NetComm can help if you tell them you're having problems connecting reliably to old 4BC datapump rack M34Fs ? If you're getting lower thruput at 28k8 than 26k4 or 24k, it possibly indicates a line problem. Try forcing 26k4 or 24k with +MS=11,1,300,24000 or similar. -- Lewin A.R.W.
