Yes when appropriate that plus playability and graphics.  I fan of PSX 
ecause
there are larger variety of awesome games than any other system out there.  I 
am also a big anime fan too.  Duke 3D in my opinion wasn't gorey enough.

for PC is so much gorier than final doom.  I love the exploding zombies in
Resident Evil although I thought the concept of the game wasn't too original.
N64 does have cheesey graphics.
