Following suggestions from Vladimir and Nils Olof, a new version of
Diffract generates tester position (Foucault, caustic) for an input conic
surface and zone radius.  Also, the lateral position of the wire in the
Lateral Wire Test (LWT) as a function of the conic parameters, zone radius,
and longitudinal wire position is shown.  Download:
