Why would it be unsafe? Unless it is badly rusted or some such, it should
be fine - with the appropriate ammo. Now, finding .32 revolver ammo (NOT
.32 ACP) may be a problem...

Same as above. If you can find the right ammo, you could shoot it.
Presuming it has no collector value or you don't care about that.
The Iver Johnson is probably not worth much, you didn't identify the
other but I would guess something similar there.
