 You can try the IBM BBS out of Sydney, they should have what you need. If you 
can FTP through some Windows setup then fixpak22 is located on the Hobbes
mirror on Latrobe University. I use luga.latrobe.edu.au. The directory is
/archive-disk3/os2/os2/patches/xr_w022.1dk up to 8 disks, plus some other 
similarly named disks.
