Any difference that you get from the two being of a slightly different FL due to differences in figuring will be quite small. FWIW, many people with glasses have a difference of focusing such that there can be 2 diopters or more between the two eyes. A diopter is the change of incoming light as produced by a lens with a focal length of 1 meter. 2 diopters is a focal length of 1/2 meter, etc. with the formula of 1meter / diopter = focal length.
