It is the nature of a lot of businesses in this hobby to have erratic
schedules on occasion.  I lost a real nice coater who was in Signal Hill,
Ca.  when he died several years ago.  I used to take a mirror up there (90
miles away) in the morning and he'd do the mirror that day and I'd pick it
up in the evening before he left.  That was service! Bob May
