I am trying to create a script to log out users automatically during
restricted times. When a user stays logged in there are warning messages
that the session is about to expire. If the user doesn't log out an entry
is added to the sys$log.err file. I am grepping that file to get the users
name out of there and I want to be able to explicitly drop their connection.
It seems that even though they are logged out during restricted times,
windows will auto reconnect the next day when the user clicks on a mapped
drive or other resource without having to re-authenticate. This allows them
to bypass the login script.
Is there a Novell utility to do this. Logout.exe seems to only logout the
user running the utility. I wasn't able to find any switches to add to log
out other users.
