CW>> It -is- driving me crazy :). It's the last line on the > Doesn't sound to good, guess you won't be buying any more > 288D Netcomms. Turns out it's a fault with early releases of the new 288 model when running the new (as supplied) firmware. It may need to go back for adjustment. Basically it's faulty as supplied, but the distributor offers NO supoort without Netcomm's direct interaction (via their support services). Means I have to waste time in the 'support' merry-go-round treated as a customer/consumer. Most distributers would simply exchange the unit and handle the warranty/return situation internally.* Origin: The Library Network (3:690/613) SEEN-BY: 50/99 620/243 624/300 625/100 640/820 690/115 254 370 416 500 501 SEEN-BY: 690/613 619 640 643 660 682 742 750 711/409 413 430 808 809 932 934 SEEN-BY: 711/949 712/515 713/888 714/906 800/1 @PATH: 690/613 660 711/409 808 934 |
