Subject: R & D company need testers for survey

Wanted: 200 people to test on their lottery the 'Long-Lat'  method of
      predicting 3 to 5 of the winning numbers from the  predicted 12
      numbers.
Purpose: To expand our statistics and to confirm this method can predict
      at least 3 to 5 of the winning numbers on other lotteries, on a
      consistent basis. Method has been statisically challenged and proven
      on the Canadian  National 6/49 and British Columbia  6/49 lottery,
      consistently,  for the past  2 1/2 years.
Research: Formally documented results of winning tickets.
Who:  We require participants from around the world playing selected lotteries.
      Participants in this testing will be compensated.
