As the new SIG Convener, I would like to wish everybody a happy New
Year, and invite one and all to the first OS/2 SIG meeting for 1997.

It is planned for next Wednesday January 22nd, starting at 6:30pm in
the SIG room at the 66 Albert Road offices of Melb PC.

There will be a brief introduction to the new year's plans for the SIG
and then the main topic for the evening will be: 

         The Internet: Using Warp 4, Netscape Navigator and Java for Fun and Profit!

Further meetings of the SIG will be scheduled for the fourth TUESDAY
of each month (previous members please note the change).
