I am preparing a concrete pier for my telescope. I will use a 20 cm plastic tube,
 filling it with cement and some rebaar. In this way I will have a nice
and clean
surface without any extra work when finished. Is there any problem in doing
it this way? I can only put water on the top, not
from the side, when the cement is curing.
