G'day Ian,
Replying to a message of Ian Pickering to All on 15/01/97:
IP> Can anyone recommend a tape drive that is supported under OS/2 Warp
IP> ver 4 and Win95 please?
IP> I am after a drive with at least 400M capacity either internal (using
IP> floppy interface tho these are pretty slow) or an external parallel
IP> port model that supports enhanced PP if possible.
I have a Colorado T1000 that works off the floppy controller. 400MB
capacity uncompressed, 800MB compressed. I use it with IBM's Dualstor for
OS/2. I don't use Win95 but I doubt you'd have trouble finding software
that would be compatible with it for use under Win95.
IP> If anyone knows of suppliers of the above tape drives in Sydney, I'd
IP> be greatful for that info too.
Harvey Norman sell 'em, but they're expensive. Grab a copy of Computer
Market magazine from your newsagent and look through that for better
prices.
