I have added a javascript RMS and Strehl ratio calculator to my mirror cell
web page http://users.telerama.com/~mdholm/atm/cells/index.html

The calculator allows one to enter estimates of the RMS errors of the
primary, secondary and cell induced deformations.  It calculates the
resulting RMS value (assuming the errors are uncorrelated) and estimates
the resulting Strehl ratio.

The calculator will work in either millimeters or nanometers, but not both
at once.  Inch holdouts will have to do some conversions.
