I added the effects of secondary tilt and secondary illuminated fraction to
the calculator.  For a typical Newtonian telescope, these effects nearly
cancel out.
  I include them for the picky, or for those using another telescope design or
a
really small diagonal.

I also added some explanatory notes.  The notes are not quite complete, but
better than nothing.
