No, the instance I quoted was the action of a fidonet sysop to enter an
echo tag into the Echolist database, that contained names of moderators
who:
A. Had no connection to the echo
B. Were not the moderators of the echo

Fidonet.ro may contain information that is embarassing to some Fidonet
members, but it is outside of the network, and the Echolist Database.

But you knew that anyway.
