We have a problem with network printing (Novell)

Each time a document is printed a small  banner is
published at the top of a document (not the full page user name etc page -
we got rid of that)  but rather a much smaller username/ printer path
message at the top of (and on the same page as) each document.

Does anyone know how to completely get rid of these banner messages  from
the documents ?
