One of the best arguments I've read yet.

NOw before somebody splits hairs and argues you can't have an echo local to
a bbs, used to do it all the time when I had numerous points. IN
southeastern Iowa we had a couple local echoes, a local for sale and a
general local info echo. I also had an echo just to disseminate info that
might be of interest  to my points.
