In principle, if interferometrists will give you enough Zernikes for Charlie's mirror
than you know the 3D shape of the wavefront reflected from the mirror
including all aberrations. So you know mirror's actual 3D figure. Zernike
coefficients will tell you share of different aberrations in total
aberration, ( how much low order astigmatism, trefoil, spherical etc.)

Foucault XP or Sixtests are providing this profile along one diameter but
not dismantled in Zernike type components ( I wouldn't be surprised if
James B. already did it).
