Rick, the Brewster's angle is generally the minimum angle at which the
polarization is of sufficient strength to do the job well.  Any more
glancing angle will still be usable and will have even stronger
polarization than that angle.  Thus, you don't need that angle but rather
an angle more glancing than that particular angle to do the job, making the
need for angle control a lot easier.
